Faucets

If your old faucet is dripping or hard to operate, sometimes it's worth repairing with new cartridges or seals. Other times, especially with older fixtures, replacement makes more sense. We can advise either way.

Toilets

Toilet installation is straightforward when done right, but there are details that matter. Proper wax ring seal, level mounting, correct water supply connection. A toilet that rocks or seeps at the base is usually an installation problem.

If you're replacing an old toilet, newer models use significantly less water per flush. The technology has improved a lot — modern low-flow toilets actually work well, unlike some of the early versions.

Sinks

Drop-in, undermount, farmhouse, pedestal, wall-mount. Different sink styles have different installation requirements. We handle the plumbing side — drain connections, supply lines, garbage disposal hookup if applicable.

Kitchen sink replacements sometimes reveal surprises in the cabinet below. Old drain configurations, corroded shutoff valves, that kind of thing. We deal with whatever we find.

Showers and Tubs

Shower valve installation requires opening up the wall in most cases. If you're doing a bathroom remodel, we can coordinate with your contractor on timing. Tub installation depends heavily on the type — standard alcove tubs, freestanding tubs, and jetted tubs all have different requirements.

For shower heads and hand showers, that's a quick job. Upgrading from an old shower head to something with better pressure or spray options is an easy improvement.
